Connect with prescribers, patients, and conference attendees without handling PHI.

Your TV spot is about to need a longer disclaimer than a Marvel end-credits scene. Doctors keep ghosting reps. Pharma OOH spend is up 599% in a year. [1][3][4] We plan NPI-targeted HCP media, point-of-care and pharmacy screens, and full congress swarms, and deliver them as deals in the DSP you already use.

The DTC plan is getting squeezed from both ends

    599%
Growth in pharma OOH spend, May 2025 → April 2026
Kantar/Nielsen, reported by MM+M. Pharma is now one of the fastest-growing OOH categories. [1]
    6×
    Pharma OOH investment, 2016 → 2024
OAAA data reported by Fierce Pharma, which also named OOH a stable, brand-safe home for DTC. [2]
    Dec 2026
FDA proposed rule to end “adequate provision” for broadcast DTC
If finalized, broadcast spots carry a full brief summary. Plans need channels that aren't a 60-second ISI. [3]
    68%
Of the oncology universe is access-restricted to reps
ZS AccessMonitor. Access is 2.5× tighter than GI or rheumatology. The field needs air cover. [4]

    HCP play

NPI list of medical oncologists and hematologists → digital-to-home, weighted to the reps' hardest-to-see accounts. Congress swarm at McCormick Place in June.

    Patient / DTC play

Cancer prevalence cohorts (CDC) at census-block level around community oncology practices and infusion centers.

20 reasons to call a goldfish about pharma

Filter by what keeps you up at night.

    01HCP

    The prescriber's household, not a stethoscope look-alike

Send an NPI list. We resolve it to practice and household, deliver digital-to-home, and report back NPI by NPI.

    02HCP

    Even coverage across the list

No more 80% of impressions in Manhattan while the rural rheumatologist hears nothing. We steer mid-flight toward under-served NPIs.

    03Compliance

    Zero PHI

NPIs are professional identifiers. No patient records, no Rx history. Your MLR team can finally unclench.

    04Congress

    Congress swarming

Airport, hotel block, convention corridor, and the ride in between. One plan around every meeting on your calendar.

    05Congress

    Sound-on rideshare tablets

In-car video with audio, for when your ISI refuses to be silent.

    06Congress

    We catch them at arrivals

Wider radius at the airports, because baggage claim is the one moment an attendee isn't in a session.

    07Speed

    Same-day plans

A cardiology congress brief landed at 11am. The map was back before dinner.

    08HCP

    Planned by specialty

Oncology, GI, derm, psych, neuro, cardio, endo, rheum: built around where each one works, commutes and convenes.

    09HCP

    Screens don't need a badge

68% of the oncology universe is access-restricted to reps (ZS). The waiting room, the commute and the congress hotel aren't.

    10Patient

Point of care without 14 vendor calls

Doctor offices, pharmacies, hospital campuses and medical office corridors on one plan and one report.

    11Patient

    Condition cohorts without cookies

31 CDC-based health segments (diabetes, COPD, heart disease and more) resolved to census blocks. No device IDs, no PII.

    12Patient

    Search-listening audiences

We see which markets are searching “managing lupus flares” before anyone says it out loud to a doctor.

    13Patient

Pharmacy + office in one deal

The patient on the way to the script, the caregiver on the way to work.

    14Speed

Runs in the DSP you already use

Private marketplace deal IDs into your own seat. Not another login you'll forget.

    15Speed

Client says “lose the billboards”? Street-level and transit swapped in by the next morning.

    16HCP

DOOH + CTV + display, one footprint

Digital-to-home against the NPI households, out-of-home around the practice and the congress. One plan, one report.

    17HCP

    Field-force air cover

Weight delivery toward the territories and accounts your reps can't get into.

    18HCP

    Launch insurance

See which part of your prescriber list is still unreached while there's budget left to fix it.

    Launch to a prescriber list

    KPI: Reach replacement vs. linear

    Pharma DOOH FAQ

No patient data is used. HCP targeting keys off the National Provider Identifier, a public professional identifier, resolved to a practice or household address. Patient-side audiences are built from aggregated, geographically resolved sources (CDC indicators and search-behavior signals) at census-block level: no individual health records, no PII, no device IDs. Out-of-home screens are bought by where they physically sit. Confirm any campaign with your own privacy and regulatory counsel.
