All Cannabis advertising is subject to approval by the DOOH Publishers
Creative must be submitted 10 business days prior to airing on network and can be declined although an IO already issued.
Once campaign airs on the DOOH screens, it is still subject to removal based on the publishers request and/or consumer negative feedback.
It’s recommend that the advertiser submit some creative mocks with the avails request to get publisher feedback to help ensure the ads will be approved to run.
Creative Guidelines
No use of pictures of toys or cartoons so as to not appeal to younger audience
No promotional pricing offers
Don’t prominently display the word cannabis.
No images of cannabis product, consumers, or usage
Must include licensee’s license # if a dispensary
Should include responsibility message such as: “Use Responsibly”
